We teamed up with Run Minnesota to host a casual, weekly group run. This is a social run with routes of 3-8mi available. The group meets in the lower patio area behind the brewery at 6:00pm. The run includes introductions, route explanations and a short warmup routine before heading out to River Road for some easy miles. The group meets up after the run for a short cooldown routine, conversation and all are welcome to stay at the brewery, grab a bite to eat or enjoy a discount on beer. This is a welcoming group where you can find a variety of paces and experience levels.
