Tim On Tap – LIVE MUSIC

Tim On Tap (Tim Greening) has been playing and singing for crowds since he was young. Growing up in the Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains he found inspiration in nature and the trees of northern New York. There he grew his love of playing under the instruction of master performers of the area like his mentor Howard Brinson and Tim Martuzas. Who gave him his first gig when he was only 15 years old, it was there that Tim learned how much joy playing music can bring to people. He went on to play with various groups, including ”The Beer Drinkers Society” a traveling musical comedy act.

After cutting his chops in New York and having no real reason to stay anymore he wound up moving on to Louisville Kentucky where he learned the unique picking styles of the Bluegrass state. Picking up the Mandolin along the way and adding to the show. Even getting to sit in on jams with the likes of Grammy award-winning fiddle player Michael Cleveland. Tim is now in Minnesota’s Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St Paul where he’s planning on learning the Minnesota sound and to keep growing.
