Spark-Y is a nonprofit that operates a lot like a social enterprise to power positive change within education, workforce development, and environmental sustainability. “By empowering youth through our award-winning programs, sustainable projects, hands-on education in the classroom, and pathways to meaningful employment. Youth in our programs get paid while gaining credit, employer-backed certifications, diversionary support, and more.”

SONGS & STORIES with WITNESS TRIP Saturday, July 11 | 7-11pm Bring your friends, grab a drink, and hear songs and stories from local band Witness Trip
IMPACT ON TAP Monday, July 13 | 5-8pm Join Spark-Y and Dual Citizen for an evening of community, connection, and impact.

BEER OLYMPICS Saturday, July 25 | 2-7pm Variety of games, team theme consumed encouraged (no guidelines), prizes, fun time, good, and games for all. Outdoor games weather dependent. All ages are welcome and encouraged to attend. You can come as a guest and cheer on the teams as well!
DUAL PURPOSE is the community outreach vehicle for Dual Citizen Brewing Co., created to turn a neighborhood brewery into a catalyst for meaningful change. Deeply rooted on both sides of the Mississippi River, we aim to provide accessible space, essential resources, and long-term partnerships to local nonprofit organizations, working to strengthen our shared community. Through intentional partnerships, and with substantial annual grants and annual community investment, we help local organizations grow, connect, and thrive. We open the taproom and gathering areas as a hub to these partners and community initiatives to remove the barriers to program delivery, fundraising, and community organizing.
Our vision is for a Twin Cities where shared purpose fuels shared progress. Where every partner, every patron, and every neighbor has the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to a more connected, equitable, and thriving community.
