Community Rallies for John and Yvette Hoffman with “Hearts and Healing for the Hoffmans” Fundraiser

SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA — Our community is coming together to support John Hoffman, his wife Yvette, and their daughter Hope in the wake of the tragic June 15 shooting that left both John and Yvette critically injured.

To aid with their ongoing medical expenses and long-term recovery, friends and supporters are hosting “Hearts and Healing for the Hoffmans”, a community fundraiser on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Dual Citizen Brewing Company, located at 725 Raymond Avenue in Saint Paul.

John and Yvette Hoffman are making remarkable progress in their recovery, demonstrating extraordinary resilience and determination. But their journey is far from over. Ongoing treatment, rehabilitation, and rebuilding their lives after trauma carry significant financial and emotional costs.

Community members are invited to attend the event and show their support. For a $100 donation, attendees will receive a commemorative cup, refillable throughout the event. There will also be a raffle for an amazing prize package for the Saint Paul Saints game…for Saturday’s game (So, be ready to head to Lowertown if you win!). Make a donation in any amount to the GoFundMe, or buy a $100 beer, show your server, enter your name. That’s it! Includes 4 tickets, parking, and a real VIP experience! Game is at 6:30PM.
