A 45-minute yoga class taught by a certified instructor while adorable goats roam freely, playing with one another, visiting you, jumping on your back, or napping by you while you exhale deeply.
This class is beginner-friendly and suitable for people with or without previous yoga experience.
The 45-minute yoga session is followed by a 15-minute cuddle session, which is a great time for photos, and goat friendly poses.
