Join us at Dual Citizen Brewing for our Sewing Bar and create a one-of-a-kind piece that’s uniquely yours! \n​Start by choosing a secondhand clothing item or accessory (or bring your own!)\, then explore a collection of patches made from reclaimed and secondhand materials. Mix\, match\, and play until it feels just right. \n​Once you’ve designed your piece\, we’ll sew it on the spot so you can walk away with something truly personal! All while helping keep clothing and textiles in circulation. \n​Base garments range from $10–$30\, and patches are $5 each. \n​All proceeds support Gifting Grove\, a nonprofit dedicated to practicing and sharing the gift economy. Through in-person gatherings and digital experiences\, Gifting Grove creates opportunities for people to discover their gifts\, share them freely\, and build relationships rooted in reciprocity and mutual flourishing.

DESCRIPTION:Neverest Studio comes to the taproom on Sunday\, July 26 from 12-4pm\, bringing their individualized mediums to Dual Citizen for an art-fueled afternoon. \nNeverest is an arts-centric studio and gift shop located in Saint Paul\, Minnesota. Established by Dan Levar\, Victoria Carpenter and Louis LaPierre\, Neverest has been making it’s own groove in the community since 2024. They specialize in events that celebrate visual\, musical and glass art as well as workshops with notable artists and educators. \nExpect live screen printing\, live painting\, live glassblowing\, an art + print market\, trivia rounds\, RollCall Kitchen food truck\, and more\, all soundtracked by DJ Big Steezy.\nScreen-printed Dual Purpose koozies and totes will be available for purchase. \nPLUS: during the event\, $1 from a select beer will go to Gifting Grove – a local nonprofit whose vision is to create a cultural shift in Twin Cities and beyond where everyday living is rooted in abundance\, regeneratiblity\, and joy\, inherently rewriting the systems that lead to environmental and social problems. \nA Dual Purpose + Neverest collaborative affair.
